Those figures describe how much light of each wavelength passes through the lens. They say nothing about optical power. The same clear-lens group passed ANSI Z80.3’s transmittance and chromaticity requirements as a category-0 cosmetic lens. That standard covers light transmittance and color only - it does not test, and cannot certify, whether a lens corrects a refractive error like astigmatism.
