Our review policy

• Marketplace reviews (Amazon): we cite only aggregate statistics (counts, averages) — reviewers own their words, so we do not republish marketplace review text.
• Verbatim quotes: shown only from reviews collected on our own store, where our review terms grant the licence. Each is tagged with source, date, first name and verified status.
• Balance: critical reviews are included on purpose.
