So the honest picture is: the lens changes a defined slice of the light spectrum on paper, but whether that translates into a gamer noticing less fatigue by hour four is not something the current research confirms.What actually causes gaming eye strain
The mechanisms behind digital eye strain during gaming are mostly about screen use itself, not wavelength. Staring at a fixed point reduces blink rate, which dries the eye surface. That is a legitimate reason to own one.
